Summer Salad

This summer salad. A new staple in my rotation. Inspired by last night’s perfect date night at Oren. Dinner on the patio, a fire, great conversation, delicious food and the world’s most wonderful husband.

  • Grape tomatoes

  • Cucumber

  • Red onion

  • Raspberries

  • Pomegranate

  • Goat cheese

  • EVOO

  • Juice of one lemon

  • Sea salt

  • Cracked pepper

  • Mint
